As Transport Planning Team Leader, you are responsible for the daily management of the planning team. You ensure that operational planning runs efficiently and actively contribute to the further development of the department.

Wat we van je vragen

✓You have several years of experience as a transport planner within the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany.
✓You have proven experience in a managerial or coordinating role, or you are ready for the next step in your career.
✓Experience within the floriculture sector is a plus.
✓You have a good command of the Dutch and English language, both spoken and written; German is a plus.
✓You are strong in planning, organising and setting priorities.
✓You have excellent communication skills.
✓You are analytical, result-oriented, stress-resistant and decisive.
✓You are a team player who knows how to motivate and develop employees.
✓Working in shift patterns and weekend shifts according to schedule is not a problem for you.
